This role sits within the CarbonBetter marketing team, and English fluency is required.


Position Overview
In this role, you’ll focus on developing and executing a top-of-funnel content strategy to increase brand exposure and position CarbonBetter as the go-to resource for climate strategy and carbon credit procurement. By creating engaging, high-frequency, and shorter-form content across key channels, you’ll boost discoverability among target audiences and nurture early-stage interest. You’ll also support sales enablement through compelling collateral, ensuring messaging and branding consistency, and track marketing performance to ensure content efforts drive results.


What You’ll Do

Sustainability Marketing & Content (75%)

  • Position CarbonBetter as the go-to resource for climate strategy and carbon credit procurement by creating a top-of-funnel content strategy focused on shorter-form, high-frequency, and high-value posts across key channels to increase discoverability and engagement with our ideal customer profile.

  • Engage with our ideal customer profiles across channels to build emerging relationships.

  • Develop systems to streamline content creation and approvals, keeping output timely, consistent, and accurate.


Sales Enablement (15%):

  • Contribute to sales collateral such as one-sheets and client presentations.

  • Ensure messaging stays aligned with overall brand guidelines and value propositions.

  • Ensure efficient and accurate tracking results from marketing and content efforts.


Ad-Hoc Projects (10%):

  • Support other divisions with marketing and content support as needed.

  • Complete ad-hoc marketing and reporting projects as needed to support the success of the team.

How Success is Measured

  • Growth in subscribers, impressions, and social engagement among target audiences.

  • Demonstrable pipeline impact from content-driven leads.

  • Consistent publication cadence and streamlined content operations.

  • Excellence in marketing and content operations


About You

  • 2+ years in marketing or content roles; B2B experience is a plus.

  • Skilled writer in English with a knack for simplifying complex information.

  • Comfortable using marketing tools for social media, blogging, and basic performance tracking.

  • Organized, curious, and proactive in seeking improvements or new ideas.

  • Sustainability knowledge is a huge plus

  • Fluent in English
