About the Role
As our HR Generalist you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across the U.S. and Colombia. You’ll oversee day-to-day HR operations; from recruitment and onboarding to benefits, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The HR Generalist partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and managers across the organization, acting as a trusted partner in all things people and culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, loves details, and finds joy in helping people do their best work.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding
Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain accurate data in our ATS and support hiring managers with scheduling, feedback collection, and communication.
Assist in offboarding processes, including documentation collection, equipment returns, and system deactivation.
Lead onboarding for new hires in the U.S. and Colombia, ensuring compliance, timely equipment setup, HRIS registration, and warm welcomes.
HR Operations, Documentation & Payroll Coordination
Ensure accuracy of employee data across all HR systems.
Maintain complete, up-to-date, and legally compliant employee files.
Upload monthly payroll changes to the system and review the payroll for accuracy.
Coordinate with the EOR provider to ensure accurate onboarding, offboarding, and payroll updates.
Employee Relations & Employee Experience
Support the administration of U.S. employee benefits by assisting with enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries
Manage inventory of laptops and accessories and support logistics for team events and meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in HR operations, people processes, or generalist roles.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee interactions.
Familiarity with Colombian labor practices
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Intermediate or advanced English.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Experience using HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
