POSITION OVERVIEW
Provision is hiring a W-2 Sales Manager to launch and lead a door-to-door sales team in Ohio’s Cleveland/DEO territory. You will recruit, onboard, and manage ~20 sales agents, drive daily field execution, and build a strong training and performance culture. You will own top line customer growth and customer experience in the territory, partnering closely with Austin-based leadership and teams across operations, pricing, and customer care. This role has meaningful growth potential as the program expands, and will have a base salary plus sales commissions.
ABOUT YOU
2+ years of retail energy sales experience; management/recruiting and compensation plan design experience strongly preferred
Proven results driving customer growth via door-to-door/field sales
Working knowledge of D2D regulations, compliance, and field operations best practices
Experience hiring and retaining 1099/contract sales agents and maintaining team productivity at scale
Customer-experience focused leader with a coaching mindset and strong training capability
Clear communicator who can work independently and collaborate effectively with HQ
WORK LOCATION
In-person in Northern Ohio (Cleveland/DEO). You will help identify office space locally; Provision currently does not have an in-territory office. Occasional travel to Austin may be required for meetings/events.
