Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a background in investment banking, consulting, or product development to lead our groundbreaking digital initiative. We have identified a potential gap in the market for a sustainability service/ product and will require the ideal candidate to spearhead the refinement of our product concept, collaborate with key clients to pilot data processes, and create a compelling pitch deck to secure funding for the product's development and launch. We are searching for a leader who is excited to build and drive transformational change.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development and Design:

    • Develop detailed mock-ups of the envisioned digital product.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to outline the product's technical and functional requirements.

  2. Market Research and Strategy:

    • Conduct thorough research to validate product-market fit and scalability.

    • Develop a go-to-market strategy and financial projections.

  3. Pilot Program:

    • Refine the value proposition of the product and create a compelling use case for potential clients

    • Define a potential client list who might be best interested in the digital product.

    • Partner with a client to execute  a pilot using Excel and validate proof of market demand

    • Refine the process, data flows and product design based on pilot results and stakeholder feedback.

  4. Fundraising:

    • Create a professional and persuasive pitch deck to present the business case for the digital product.

    • Identify and engage with potential investors to secure funding.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or relevant roles, with a track record of executing complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling.

  • Demonstrated success in the fundraising processes.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and investors.

  • Knowledge of GHG accounting or the natural gas supply chain is a strong plus.

  • Experience in creating prototypes or mock-ups of digital products is desirable.

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management tools.
