Deputy Chief of Staff to the CEO

CarbonBetter is the largest minority-owned company based in Austin, TX, specializing in energy trading and logistics. We operate our business differently to accelerate the transition to net-zero. Our team specializes in wholesale and retail energy logistics, sustainability, decarbonization services, and clean energy and carbon offset project consulting.

This position is newly added as our company grows, and will work to accelerate the agenda of the CEO in areas of critical importance. You must be excited to work to deeply understand our business, and passionate about growing it into the future.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO in managing a dynamic trading company in rapidly evolving markets

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and research

• Perform financial analysis, identify P&L opportunities within the business units

• Aid in developing business plans

• Drive the execution of business plans
